We believe there's somethingbetter than bigger.
The enormous overhead. The bureaucracy. Trust us, we know what big firms are about: two of our partners were former head litigators and managing partners of two of the largest firms in the Northwest. When we founded Andersen Banducci, we set out to reinvent what a law firm could be, putting an emphasis on personal attention and efficiency for all our clients. Instead of swelling our ranks with expensive administrative and junior-level staff, we built a firm around the top trial attorneys in the business. Because when it comes down to it, your attorney makes the closing argument, not your law firm.

Following trial, Brent defended the judgment before the Idaho Supreme Court, who upheld the award.
After a full trial, Brent convinced a bankruptcy court to slash its award against a client by approximately $350M, leaving the plaintiff to just a small fraction of the damages it had sought.
Brent secured the full summary dismissal of a multi-million dollar liability claim against an Andersen Banducci client, and then persuaded an appellate court to uphold that decision.
